This fun, simple literacy activity is highly popular in my workshops, both as a whole-class, out loud activity and as an individual writing challenge.
Alliteration is key, as words are volunteered to fit with the other half of the pair for a daft, weird, hilarious, disgusting or wonderful dish.
Deserts and drinks follow. How about adding some prices, in dragon money? Or some rules for the dining room?
