A great resource for World Book Day or as a mini topic for improving vocabulary and sentence structure – I have used it for both.
There are four lessons in total which cover discussing/exploring the text; building up to developing vocabulary and using complex sentences.
It is suitable and can be easily adapted (if necessary) for all ages groups in KS2.
