A simple way of introducing simple classroom instruments to students whilst testing their listening and counting skills.
Teacher to play an instrument discreetly whilst the students have to identify which instrument they heard- students can point to the picture, or use a counter to cover the instrument.
Once the students are able to recognise each instrument sound you can then move on to asking students to identify the sound along with the specific number of counts the instrument plays- students join up the instrument picture with the correct number. Laminate the pages to use with whiteboard pens.
