This resource consists of a creative mindfulness practice aimed at cultivating gratitude.

Each colouring page is titled “pieces of me” and the children are encouraged to draw a picture or write a word in each jigsaw piece to represent people, experiences and events in their lives that they are grateful for. 

Differentiation: there are a range of colouring pages of varying degrees of complexity to suit different abilities

  • A very timely tool

    This is a beautiful tool that I can see being so useful in this current climate of uncertainty. Parents, teachers and individuals will find this extremely useful. I found all the prompts really useful.

  • Me Time

    I love this resource!
    I would use it as a personal tool first and foremost, then I would try it with my own children and lastly I would use it in school.
    The jigsaw templates are meaningful and simple.
    The Reflection Prompts will be laminated for future reference!
    Excellent succinct resource.
    Highly recommend it.
