Earth Day Escape Game (EFL/ESL)

The Earth Day Escape Game is an interactive online game made in Genially. It was created for use in the EFL/ESL classroom and is aimed at secondary school pupils (age 12-15).

In this escape game, pupils have to pass through four locations while completing various tasks related to climate change, saving resources and protecting the environment.

The activities in the game include:

• Causes and effects of climate change – vocabulary (match pictures and words)
• Recycling (find the objects hidden in the picture, sort the rubbish)
• Saving energy (questions – choose the correct option)
• Reusing (sort the words into the correct category)

In the pdf file, you will find the link to the game. As it’s an online game, you will need a browser and a stable internet connection to play it.
