Worksheet written to support BBC Earth – Power of the Planet – Volcano – Episode 1.
This worksheet focuses on volcanoes all over the world and how they have affected our planet. It also talks about the different plate boundaries and zones at which volcanoes can occur.
It includes a variety of data collection activities and higher order thinking tasks to differentiate.
I have written this for both GCSE and A Level students. The content is accessible for both and gives more than enough detail about the topic as either an introduction to the course or to give further case study examples.
