Hi Annette, I’m very sorry to hear that you have been having trouble opening your files. I have personally checked the files to see what may have happened and can confirm that there is no problem with the files or the download. However, it may be one of two things: 1) The files are zipped to reduce the time it takes for users to download the files. Make sure you extract (unzip) the folder to see the files inside. 2) Your computer may be preventing the files from opening as they were downloaded from the internet. You can open these files in ‘protected view’. You will then get a message in a small band across the open document. If you see this, you can click on ‘Enable Editing’ to make changes/save the documents elsewhere. I hope that helps.
