Have fun reviewing the Physical Science standards with this Spooky Wormhole Escape Room! This can be used as an individual digital review activity or as a group. Lots of flexibility in how you want to use it. There is no digital results page so I’ve included a student response sheet and a link to a digital form in case you want to track correct/incorrect responses via different options.

Option 1: Let the kids have fun reviewing and discuss as a group afterwards.

Option 2: Instruct the students to record their answer on the Student Response Sheet BEFORE clicking on the answer. If their recorded answer is incorrect, mark it on the sheet. When they have “escaped”, turn in the Student Response Sheet to the teacher.

Option 3: Same as Option 2 EXCEPT:

When the students have “escaped”, they will enter their answers from the Student Response Sheet into the digital form. Each answer has been given a 1 pt value which you can edit.
